Serves: 4 Syns per serving: ½ on Original and 4½ on Green ingredients1 red chilli To Serve method1. Deeseed and finely chop the chilli. Finely slice the garlic. Spray a pan with Fry Light and cook the chilli, half the garlic and the prawns for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add the remaining garlic along with the stock and wine. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook gently for 4-5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink and are cooked through. 3. Remove from the heat, season well and stir in the parsley. Serve the garlic prawns accompanied with the rocket leaves. << back |
