While our in-person groups are temporarily suspended, we're delighted to bring you virtual groups that you can attend from home. Since they launched at the beginning of lockdown, our virtual groups have quickly become welcoming places full of support, motivation and lots of fun! 

 

While nothing beats the feeling of attending an in-person group, our virtual groups can help you overcome challenges and develop healthy new habits at a time when you really need them. Plus, you'll have access to all the resources that wll help you on your slimming journey, including our exclusive members' website and app, a digital copy of the July/August issue of our magazine and our temporary online shop, so you can come out of lockdown feeling slimmer, fitter and stronger.
