And it\u2019s ready in just 20 minutes, making it a great choice for busy days.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingworld.co.uk\/offers\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"165\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingworld.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/YesYouCan-Autumn-campaign-small-CTA.jpg\" alt=\"Autumn campaign small CTA\" class=\"wp-image-9855\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to make chicken quesadillas<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>serves 6&nbsp;<br>6 Syns per serving&nbsp;(deduct 3 Syns if using the Cheddar as half a Healthy Extra \u2018a\u2019 choice)&nbsp;<br>ready in 20 mins&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you need:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>low-calorie cooking spray\u202f&nbsp;<br>\u00bd medium red onion, finely diced\u202f<br>1 medium red pepper, deseeded and diced\u202f&nbsp;<br>2 tortilla wraps (around 65g each)&nbsp;<br>2 skinless and boneless cooked chicken breasts, sliced or shredded\u202f&nbsp;<br>90g Cheddar, grated\u202f&nbsp;<br>finely chopped tomatoes, fat-free natural yogurt and mixed salad, to serve&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip: If you like a spicy quesadilla, add \u00bd tsp cumin and \u00bd tsp chilli powder when you\u2019re cooking the onion and pepper.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you do:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a medium heat. Add the onion and pepper (plus the spices, if you like) and cook for a few minutes, or until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add a tortilla to the pan and spoon half the veg along one half of the wrap, followed by the chicken and half the cheese. Fold it over and cook for a few minutes, then flip and cook for a couple of minutes more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Remove from the pan and repeat to make a second quesadilla.
