The key thing is getting the right ratio of chia seeds to liquid. We\u2019ve suggested 2 level tablespoons of chia&nbsp;seeds (a fibre-packed Healthy Extra portion on the Slimming World plan) per 200ml of the milk of your choice. However, you may prefer a thicker or looser pudding and can adjust the measurements to suit your taste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As chia seeds expand and soften in liquid, it\u2019s also important to leave them to \u2018soak\u2019 for long enough before eating.
