Join us as we serve up the what, why, where and how of tennis \u2013 Slimming World-style!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What:<\/strong> Tennis is one of the most popular sports in the world. It\u2019s open to everyone, whatever your age, level of fitness or mobility. If a friendly rally is more your current level, all you need is a partner, a couple of tennis racquets, a ball and enough space to swing. You can pick up a second-hand racquet for a few quid, or most courts have a set you can borrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s no need for expensive tennis whites and an armful of sweatbands (unless you want to wear them, of course!) \u2013 any loose-fitting clothes you feel comfortable wearing and a pair of supportive trainers are all you need to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top tip:<\/strong> Slimming World members have an on-the-go activity planner and a FITT log to help them keep track of their activity achievements.
