Slimming World Consultant Roxanne (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/roxyfreeman_sw\/\">@roxyfreeman_sw<\/a>) found exactly that when she signed up for a weekly dance class \u2013 now she\u2019s loving the amazing benefits that regular exercise brings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She says: \u201cWhen you find an activity that just fits in with your life and that you\u2019re willing to make time for, it really does change the game.
