Spray a non-stick frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray and put it over a medium-high heat. Fry the onion and the garlic for a few minutes, then add the mince and cook for a few minutes more, until lightly browned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Drain off any fat, then tip the beef mixture into your slow-cooker pot and stir in the chillies, spices, peppers, tomatoes and stock. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Add the beans 30 minutes before the end, making sure they\u2019re warmed through before serving. Stir well, check the seasoning and scatter over the coriander.
