In a bowl, mix together 3 tbsp fat-free natural fromage frais, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp tomato pur\u00e9e and 1 tsp lemon juice. Drain 50g of tuna canned in brine or spring water, add it to the bowl, season lightly and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Split a 65g wholemeal roll in half and lay a few cucumber slices on the base. In a mixing bowl, crush 400g chickpeas (canned and drained) using a potato masher or fork until broken down. Add \u00bd small red&nbsp;onion, 1 tbsp capers, 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise, 2 tbsp soya yogurt (plain, with added calcium) and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Season lightly and mix well to combine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Combine 1 tbsp extra-light mayonnaise, 1 tsp ketchup, \u00bc tsp Worcestershire sauce and \u00bc tsp sriracha sauce in a bowl to create a \u2018Russian dressing\u2019. Season to taste and spread over the 2 small slices of rye bread (70g total).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Fill your sandwich with 3 slices of pastrami, 15g gruyere cheese, 2 gherkins (drained and thinly sliced) and 2 tbsp sauerkraut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quorn pitta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Full to the brim with tasty Quorn slices and crunchy veg, and drizzled with a mustard-infused dressing, this is a vegan butty with bite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 Swips per serving (or Free if using wholemeal pitta as a Healthy Extra fibre choice)<br>serves 1<br>ready in 10 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Grill a 60g wholemeal pitta for a few minutes, then slice it in half and stuff with 2-3 Quorn Vegan Chicken-Free Slices, sliced peppers and shredded lettuce.
