Preheat your air fryer to 180\u00b0C.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cut the sides off each potato so you\u2019re left with rectangles (you can save any spare potato for mash\/ wedges\/chips on another day). Put a potato between 2 pens or chopsticks (this will help make sure you don\u2019t cut all the way through it), then make as many widthways cuts into&nbsp;the potato as you can, each about 1cm apart. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Turn the potato over and repeat, this time making the cuts diagonally. Repeat with the rest of the potatoes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sprinkle your chosen seasoning over the potatoes and cook them in the air fryer for 25 minutes, until crispy and cooked through.
