The good news is that Slimming World members don\u2019t have to miss out on a single magical morsel. Choose between apple &amp; cinnamon or Slimming World mince pie muffins &#8211; or give both a try (why not, it\u2019s Christmas!). They\u2019ll bring a festive feel to any breakfast table or lunch box \u2013 and they go down lovely with a nice cup of tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santa might even appreciate a couple of Slimming World mince pies leaving out on Christmas eve as a healthier option!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/slimmingworld.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Sarahs-mince-pie-muffins-2-Slimming-World-Christmas-muffins-Slimming-World-blog.jpg\" alt=\"Sarah's mince pie muffins 2-Slimming World Christmas muffins-Slimming World blog\" class=\"wp-image-971\" width=\"501\" height=\"667\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sarah\u2019s Slimming World mince pies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Makes 6<br>\nReady in 45 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basic muffin recipe (7 Syns per batch of 6 muffins)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40g oats<br>2 tsp sweetener (plus a touch more to dust)<br>2 eggs (whisked)<br>\u00bd tbsp baking powder<br>2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Slimming World mince pies (11.5 Syns per batch of 6 muffins) add &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25g mincemeat<br>zest of an orange<br>juice of an orange<br>\u00bd grated carrot<br>1 tsp cinnamon<br>1 tsp mixed spice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For apple &amp; cinnamon muffins (7 Syns per batch of 6 muffins) add &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60g chopped apple (add more if you like them really apple-y!)<br>1 tsp vanilla essence<br>\u00bd tsp cinnamon powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you do:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Mix all the ingredients together<br>2. Spoon into silicon moulds<br>3. Bake at 180\u00b0 for 30-35 mins<br>4.
