I’m trying to register but I don’t have a PIN. Help!

This error message usually comes up if you’ve been given either the wrong card or the wrong PIN number in group. 

You can use the live chat option on the registration pages to speak to a member of the team who can check your card and PIN quickly for you. 

Alternatively, you can check your numbers with your Consultant when you’re next in group.
