After suffering with health problems caused by my weight, I joined Slimming World on a referral from my GP in September 2015. I honestly didn't believe I could eat as much as I was and still lose weight. I love the fact that the whole family can eat the same things because it's not diet food, it’s a lifestyle change. I became a Consultant in October 2016 because I wanted to share this fantastic eating plan with others and be able to help them feel happy. Slimming World groups are warm, friendly places where you get loads of love and support from everyone in the room.
