I joined Slimming World 11 years ago as a cynic - I'd previously tried the cabbage soup diet, the fruit diet, F plan diet and loads more - and failed with them all! After really testing Free Food in my first week at Slimming World, I was amazed to have lost 5lbs! I went on to lose 30lbs in 10 weeks and have never looked back. Having been a member myself I know it's not always easy - but having continual support from like-minded others, along with your commitment - you will be successful. I'm really proud of all my members and hope to help each and every one of them achieve their targets. Remember, if you've tried before and it hasn't worked, it's not your fault and it doesn't mean you can't be successful this time. I can't wait to meet you!
