In August 2006 I took my first Slimming World step and joined my local group. Armed with my Food Optimising book I went home all excited and raring to go! Two days later I went on a family holiday but this time I knew I could eat normal family meals like roast dinners and spaghetti bolognese and still lose weight. At my heaviest weight I felt miserable - now I'm at target and a size 12/14, I feel so good! I still have treats like chocolate and a glass of wine. Food Optimising and Image Therapy changed my life.
