I joined Slimming World in the year 2003, lost an amazing 3 stones in weight and then opened a group to help other people lose weight. I love inspiring and motivating others along their weight loss journey and together WE CAN DO IT. We eat normal everyday foods and NO food is forbidden. I just love the recipe ideas, hints and tips and inspiration from EVERY member who are there ultimately for themselves but also to support each other in group to their personal goal. We have such great fun in losing weight at my group! Why not come along for a fab night out!
