My love of food led to lots of unhealthy choices which in turn led to an unhealthy weight gain and the misery that goes with it. In 2004 I joined Slimming World because a friend told me I could eat what I wanted, when I wanted it! She was right and I have never looked back - losing weight with loads of choice and delicious tasty food. I reached my target weight in 2006 and have been a target member since then. I became a Consultant in 2007 and I really love what I do. I can't wait to meet you at my lovely warm friendly group. Come along and see us, and start to enjoy the benefits Slimming World has to offer.
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
