Two years ago I was at my lowest point, suffering with low self-esteem, no confidence and I felt completely unattractive. A friend of mine took me along to her local Slimming World group where I met my amazing Consultant who introduced me to Food Optimising – Slimming World’s healthy eating programme. I went home with real enthusiasm and also feeling supported and motivated. Within just 10 months I reached my target weight and had a terrific personal journey along the way. I was so inspired that I became a Consultant so I could help others on their journey to their dream weight.
