Hi there, I joined Slimming World 10 years ago and have been a Consultant for 9 years. I love Slimming World as it is a plan that suits the whole family. You can still eat all your favourite foods like curry, lasagne and even chips without weighing and measuring, no calorie counting and still lose weight. It’s all about Free Food – there are loads out there like potatoes, fruit and vegetables, meat, fish and poultry. Sound good so far? And you can also still have your treats as well like wine, chocolate and crisps! Our group at Clooney Hall is a great friendly buzzy group and all the members are very supportive.
