In 2014 I undertook a charity challenge to China and due to my weight and lack of fitness it was a struggle. It took me a year from that challenge to face the fact I was overweight, unfit and something had to happen. I joined Slimming World (again), but this time I was determined for the weight to drop off. I was eating masses of food, having more energy and starting to feel a lot better. 3 stones lighter, 2017 - time to start getting fit - couch to 5k? Yes! Me who couldn't even run for a bus running for fun UNBELIEVABLE. Then in November 2017 I was given an opportunity to become a Slimming World Consultant, I love Slimming World! So much to eat, nothing is banned, now I run a fab group helping others reach their target weight.
