I'm confident that my group offers all of this along with endless amounts of help, support, inspiration and motivation in a warm and fun environment. Come along to our warm and friendly group, where we’ll be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your dream target weight. I was caught up in a vicious circle of self destruct, with continuous bad relationships and decisions around food. I had low self-esteem and no confidence, but walking into my local Slimming World group was the best decision I could have made, they supported me not only to help change my relationship and the way I look at food, but also to change those negative feelings I had before into positive ones.
