Group is about fun, inspiration, tips, ideas and food learning - it really is where the magic happens and we are here 52 weeks of the year to give you the best support and encouragement possible. There’s no need to ever feel guilty or deprived - let's get you happy in your skin and enjoying yourself. We can’t wait to meet you. I joined Slimming World as a member in 2008 and I reached my dream weight, having lost four and a half stones. I was even entered into our Miss Slinky competition! I absolutely love food and the best bit is that nothing is off limits with Slimming World - you can still have a G and T too. You can feel confident that together we can achieve anything and there will never be any shame, humiliation or judgement.
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
