After I quit smoking, I found my weight creep up. I was a mum of 3 and I needed help, support and guidance to show me how I could achieve this. So, I joined a local Slimming World group that suited me. I've lost 2.5 stones eating foods that myself and family enjoy. I feel so much healthier and fitter.
