After losing 9st with Slimming World and changing my life, Iʼm now passionate about helping others to achieve their weight loss dreams. Being able to enjoy a wide range of filling, satisfying foods and never going hungry thrills me, and it clearly excites our members – I love the buzz in my groups each week! Our fun, friendly groups make losing weight easier and enjoyable. We share recipe ideas, encourage each other to succeed, laugh and sometimes cry (but thatʼs OK!). Being a part of one of our groups really will make the difference to your weight loss journey. If youʼd love to lose weight but still want to eat curries, burgers, chips and roast dinners, our Slimming World group is definitely the place to be!
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
