I know how hard it can be to lose weight and improve your health. I remember walking into my Slimming World group for the first time, worried that this was another diet that would fail. I felt completely at home from the first week and loved the Food Optimising plan - so much that I'm thrilled to have lost 3st to reach my target weight. Like all Slimming World members, I love the amount of food I can eat, while enjoying my favourite meals and never going hungry. It was liberating not to have to weigh and measure everything. I'm so proud of all my members! Most weeks we celebrate and give out awards for members' weight loss achievements. All my groups are very friendly and supportive and love sharing tips.
