I first joined Slimming World in 2012 as I wanted to be slim, healthy and back into a size 12. Food Optimising is a fantastic healthy eating plan – and there’s no weighing or measuring required. The meals fit in perfectly with family life and we can enjoy eating together. Body Magic is a big part of my life, too, as losing weight has helped me become more active. Slimming World also gave me the opportunity to embark on a brand new career as a Consultant, helping others to achieve their weight loss dreams.
