Overnight oats

Lots of people have been going bonkers for overnight oats. We have to agree, they’re absolutely amazing!

  • PREP
    5 minutes + overnight chilling
  • COOK
Swap the berries for other fruits – pear and blackberry, orange and peach, or apple and cinnamon.


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 200g fat-free natural yogurt
  • Mixed blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, reserving some for topping


  1. Layer the porridge, yogurt and fruit in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill overnight so the porridge absorbs all the yogurt.
  2. In the morning, stir to mix the layers together, then top with more fruit.
