Meet Slimming World's 2021 London Marathon team...

This incredibly inspiring and dedicated team of Slimming World members and Consultants will celebrate their weight loss achievements by running the 2021 London Marathon on Sunday 3rd October 2021. They will be raising money for two incredible charities Cancer Research UK and the Irish Cancer Society through Slimming World's own charity SMILES.

Consultant Maria Bullock has lost 11st 10lbs and lives in Derby. She runs groups in Littleover.

Member Jennifer Gammack has lost 7st 4lbs and lives in Wigan. She attends the Golborne Slimming World group in Wigan.

Member Sara Dubare has lost 2st 0.5lbs and lives in Cornwall. She attends the St. Austell group.

Member Scott Ufton has lost 6st 3.5lbs and lives in Nottingham. He attends the Eastwood group.

Slimming World's Top Target Consultant Zoe Mole has lost 4 stone and has maintained her target weight for 17 years. She runs the Corfe Mullen group in Dorset.

We encourage our members to fill up on those foods that are naturally lower in energy density (calories per gram) and also highly satisfying while limiting foods that are highest in fat and sugar and are less satisfying, so they lose weight without ever feeling hungry or deprived and without having to weigh, measure or count everything they eat.
  • Our activity programme, Body Magic, encourages members to become more active, more often in ways that they enjoy, until regular physical activity becomes an intrinsic part of daily routine.
  • Above all, at the heart of everything we do, lies our passion for treating every member with genuine care, empathy and respect.
