A perfect accompaniment to our Beef in Red Onion Gravy with Veg Crush from the Iceland food range
- 400g cauliflower and broccoli florets
- Cook cauliflower and broccoli florets in a saucepan of
lightly salted boiling water over a high heat for 4-5 minutes.
Drain and tip into a bowl.
- Mix the juice of 2 lemons, 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1 tbsp
dried mixed herbs and pour over the cauliflower and broccoli.
Season and mix well.
- Place a large griddle pan over a high heat. When it’s smoking
hot, char-grill the cauliflower and broccoli for 1 minute on each
side or until lightly charred at the edges. Sprinkle over 2 tbsp
finely chopped fresh parsley and a little lemon zest to serve.
