I work shifts – is Slimming World suitable for me?

Your shift patterns wouldn’t cause any problems at all with Food Optimising. The beauty of Free Food is that you can eat as much as you want, when you want. Therefore it doesn’t matter if you end up eating more than the regular ‘three meals a day’ or at unusual times of the day.

There are two great ways to become a Slimming World member, and both are flexible for shift workers.

If you choose to become a group member you’ll need to let your Consultant know when you register that you work shifts, then just tell them when you’re able to get to group and when you’ll be unable to attend as soon as you can. Unfortunately, Countdown courses aren't suitable for shift workers, as absences can’t be booked during a course. 

Should you decide that being a Slimming World Online member would work better for you, you will have access to online support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of your shift pattern.
