I’m a group member and I can’t log on. Help!
We know how frustrating it is when you just can’t log on. We promise there will be a reason and we can help to get you online in no time.
If you’re a new group member, don’t forget that you need to register your member card number and PIN before you can log in.
If you’ve been a group member for a while, or you’re a group member who’s come back after a break, please try the following:
Double check the email address you’re entering is the one you registered with. It’s so easy to mistype a letter, and that’s all it takes. Also, if your computer auto-fills your email address, check that it’s right (this is a common problem!).
If you’re 100% sure that your email address is being entered correctly, then it might be the password. You can reset your password yourself using the ‘forgotten password’ link.
Please note: if you’ve had a break away from group, allow 24 hours after you’ve returned for your Consultant to send the group information to us at Head Office. If it’s been more than 24 hours, follow the steps we’ve listed above.
And if all else fails, you can get in touch with us by using the ‘contact us’ form on the website – select the option for Group member technical help.
We understand how important the website is to our members, so we want you to be able to log on as much as you do.
