The website is telling me that my card and PIN are invalid. Help...

The Consultant usually writes the PIN in the back of the Food Optimising book in your new member pack. It will be quite near the back. If the PIN isn’t there, then it could be written on your card. It’s a five-digit number. If you can’t see the PIN in either of these places, you can use the live chat option on the registration pages to speak to a member of the team who will check your card and PIN for you. ​Alternatively, you can check your numbers with your Consultant when you’re next in group.
