The website is saying I haven’t been to group – but I have. How do I log on?
It sounds like your details need to be refreshed on the system; once you’ve done this, you’ll be back online. If you login as normal, you’ll be asked to update your card and PIN. Once you’ve entered those details, you’ll be back online.
If you’ve entered the card and PIN and an error message appears saying, ‘Card and PIN invalid’ – we have an FAQ to help you with this.
If you’ve entered the card and PIN and an error message appears saying, ‘This card is already registered to another user’, then the first thing to do is to check your card number with your Consultant. If they can’t help, get in touch with us using the ‘Contact us’ form on the website, selecting the option for group member technical help.
