Nectarine and vanilla overnight oats

Lots of people have been going bonkers for overnight oats. We have to agree, they’re absolutely amazing!

    5 minutes, plus overnight chilling
  • COOK
Swap the nectarines for other fruits – pear and blackberry, orange and peach, or apple and cinnamon.


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 2-3 sliced nectarines, reserving some for the topping
  • ½tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g fat-free natural Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon


  1. Put half of the oats in a lidded jar or bowl and top with half of the nectarines.
  2. Stir the vanilla extract and 3tbsp water into the yogurt and spoon half into the jar or bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the oats, most of the remaining nectarines and the rest of the yogurt. Top with the rest of the nectarines, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and chill overnight. Stir it all together when you’re ready to eat.
