Slimming World Online membership is based on an initial three-month subscription.
Standard Bronze membership (three months’ online access plus the latest issue of Slimming World Magazine) costs £60.
Standard Silver membership (three months’ online access, plus one year’s subscription to Slimming World Magazine) costs £65.
Standard Gold membership (three months’ online access, plus one year’s subscription to Slimming World Magazine, plus two member books) costs £80.

Following your three-month subscription, membership continues automatically on a monthly basis, unless you choose one of our longer subscription packages or you cancel your membership. The ongoing monthly fee is £20 per month.
If you choose one of our special resubscription packages, at the end of that package, your payment card will automatically be charged at the monthly rate applicable at that time until you cancel.
If you've bought your Slimming World Online subscription via our iOS app, your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account once you've completed your purchase. You are then able to manage your subscription from the Subscriptions section of the App Store.

LifelineOnline online access
LifelineOnline is free to all our attending members to complement the support you receive at group (not to replace it). If you’re unable to attend group for four weeks or more, you’ll spot a friendly message on the website encouraging you back to group.
As a target member, if you choose not to come along to group, your account will remain active for seven weeks. After the eighth missed group, your LifelineOnline account will be ‘hibernated’.
As soon as you’ve been back to group, and your Consultant has uploaded their group information to Head Office, your account will be reinstated.
If you’re not yet a target member and choose not to come along to group, your account will remain active for three weeks. After the fourth missed group, your LifelineOnline account will be ‘hibernated’.
If you have a medical condition which may be adversely affected by exercise, you should consult your doctor before following any exercise information given. Every member should take personal responsibility for themselves when doing exercise which has been advised by Slimming World or their representative, either at or outside the group. If at any time while exercising a member feels any ill effects then they must stop doing the exercise and it is advisable that they check this out with their doctor.
LifelineOnline online access for under 16s
LifelineOnline is not available for under 16s. Instead, young members following Slimming World’s Free2Go plan have access to a specially-designed app for 11-15 year olds. The focus of our support for young members is on healthy lifestyle changes rather than weight loss, and, with the support of their Consultant, they’ll learn how to make healthy swaps and develop active habits.
Your right to cancel your online membership
Because Slimming World Online is an online programme where the service starts immediately upon joining, once you've paid your subscription you have up to 14 days to cancel your membership and receive a refund for any unused time. If you cancel your membership after 14 days, you're not entitled to a refund.

Transferring or pausing membership
In exceptional circumstances, online membership can be paused and resumed at a later date.
Transferral of online membership to group membership can be arranged using vouchers for your personal group attendance. We endeavour to provide vouchers that reflect, as closely as possible, the value of online membership remaining; however, we’re unable to refund any difference.
Gold members who want to transfer their membership should keep their Food Optimising book pack in order to use these at their Slimming World group each week.
To request a pause or transfer, please contact us (stating your full name, registered email address and membership number).
Re-subscriptions and cancellations
Once you have become a member (minimum three months’ subscription), you can cancel your monthly re-subscriptions at any time by giving us two weeks’ notice. Until we receive this notice we will continue to deduct your subscription from your payment card each month.
To cancel your membership, log into your account, click on your avatar top right of the screen and choose Settings, then select the Account & Membership option, followed by Membership status. Alternatively, contact us.
If you don’t receive a response within seven days, please contact us again or check your membership status on the Settings page.
Although it is each member’s responsibility to cancel their membership, if Slimming World Online is not used for 42 days, future subscriptions are cancelled automatically. You can access the website for any remaining membership and your membership can continue on a monthly basis by visiting the Settings page to re-enter payment details or by using one of our special three-, six- or 12-month re-subscription offers.
We will give you four weeks’ notice if we wish to terminate the provision of the Slimming World Online services to you. Upon termination we will cease charging you and we will not collect any further payments.
Use of the Slimming World Community
You must be courteous to other users of our online products and services. Personal attacks are grounds for being banned and your account being closed. If you have a problem with a comment that another member has posted, please contact us. Do not post a personal attack in response.
Harassing other members and users of our online products and services in any way will not be tolerated. If a member has advised you that they do not want you to contact them, it is your responsibility to respect their request. Violating this agreement may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification to your Internet Service Provider if deemed necessary by Slimming World, in its sole and absolute discretion. The IP addresses of all posts are recorded to help in enforcing this agreement.
When you join our online community, any user content you post is automatically licensed to us through a worldwide, royalty-free perpetual licence. This licence grants us a transferable right to use, record, reproduce, distribute, publish and create derivative works based on your user content (in whole or in part) as Slimming World. We may use this content in any format, media or technology. We will only use this content in an appropriate way which respects you as a member of our online community.
We may archive (delete or remove) user content which we feel is no longer relevant or appropriate. When we archive your content, all our rights to use the content under the licence will cease. Content will remain on the Community for as long as we deem appropriate and will not be automatically deleted or archived when a user subscription expires. Maximum orders on books and Hi-fi bars
During your membership you can order a maximum of two copies of each book. This excludes the Food Optimising and Body Magic book pack and the Slimming World Magazine subscription, which are restricted to one per member. Slimming World Online has a maximum order value of £60.
Hi-fi bars are so popular that we place a monthly limit so everyone gets to enjoy them. You can order five or 10 packs of Hi-fi bars (enough boxes to enjoy two bars a day). Your order limit ‘refreshes’ each month on the date you joined Slimming World Online – you’ll spot your next available order date on the shop homepage.
Postage and packaging costs
With the exception of a Slimming World Magazine subscription, the book and food prices shown don’t include post and packaging. Postage and packing charges will be added prior to the payment stage.
We’ll send you an order confirmation email so you know your order has been received and is being processed. The message will be sent to the email address you gave us when you signed up with Slimming World Online. Please check that the details on the email are correct and keep the email as confirmation of your order.
Please ensure that all the order details you’ve given to us for buying goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you’re using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
If there are any changes to the details you gave us in your order, please email our support team as soon as possible. Credit and debit cards are debited on the day of ordering. Every purchase you make will be performed in the United Kingdom and UK law governs every aspect of the contractual agreement concerning purchases made from Slimming World Online.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All goods are dispatched within two working days of us receiving your order. Orders above £40 may require a signature on delivery. If you’re not available to sign for your order, the Royal Mail may leave a card for you.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you at the time of your order and as stated in the confirmation email.

Hi-fi bars are only available in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. However, books and magazines can be sent to other territories.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. (Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.) Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Damage to Food Optimising book packs
If you become a Gold Slimming World Online member, you get Slimming World’s Food Optimising book pack as part of your membership. It’s your responsibility to retain these books in good condition as Slimming World cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred while in your possession. If your Food Optimising book pack becomes so damaged that you can’t use it, you can buy a replacement book pack at a cost of £15 plus postage. Before you can do this, you’ll need to send us back your damaged book pack.
Your returned book pack should be received by Slimming World within seven working days of notification to us that it has been damaged. To return your book pack, please write ‘Book Pack Return’ on the delivery slip. Package the slip, any delivery notes and the books securely and send them to us at the address below. You will then be able to buy a replacement book pack from our e-shop. This is limited to one replacement book pack per member.

Your right to cancel your order
If you buy a magazine subscription, books or Hi-fi bars you have 15 working days, beginning on the day you receive the goods, to cancel the order.
To exercise your right to cancel, email our support team with the following information:
If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the goods (Hi-fi bars/books) at your own expense no later than 21 days after the order has been received and in the condition they were in when they were delivered to you. Please note, we will only accept unopened boxes of Hi-fi bars.
To return your order, please write ‘contract cancelled’ on the delivery slip. Pack the slip, any delivery notes and the unwanted item(s) securely and send them to us at the address below. We will arrange a refund of the price you paid for the goods, provided the goods are received in the condition they were in when they were delivered to you. You will receive a refund from us up to 14 days after we’ve received the goods back.
We will refund the basic postage costs (ie Royal Mail second class) related to the delivery cost of getting the goods to you in your initial order. Please note, we will only refund delivery costs if the complete order delivery is returned. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
