Combined Due Date & BMI Calculator
Developed with the Royal College of Midwives, this 2-sided wheel calculates due dates on one side and Body Mass Index on the reverse. This handy tool has been developed in response to requests from midwives, and uses sensitive and pregnancy-specific wording relating to weight management in pregnancy.

Healthy lifestyle website for women before, during and after pregnancy
http://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/mums was developed following recognition that there are many confusing and conflicting messages about how women should manage their weight before, during and after pregnancy.
This website, created in partnership between Slimming World and The Royal College of Midwives provides clear information to improve the health of women and to help them pass on healthy habits and lifestyles to their families.
Information cards are available with a link to the website, which can be given to women in your care.

We have worked with the British Nutrition Foundation to produce a leaflet that communicates the principles of energy density and the benefits of a low energy dense diet for weight loss and maintenance.
