This January, we’ve got four brand-new Slimming World fruit ’n’ nut balls bouncing onto the scene, taking our rolling total to eight brilliant bites.

At Slimming World, we’re not sure about the term ‘energy balls’ – all foods give us energy. Of course, some are a healthier choice than others and what we do love is the idea of a perfectly portioned healthy snack that’s packed with tasty fruit and nuts. So we’re delighted to add four new recipes to to our set of Slimming World balls.

These nutty nibbles make a great on-the-go snack and are ideal for popping into a lunch box. They’re all suitable for vegans and super-simple to make. They’ll last for up to five days in the fridge and are even freezer-friendly, so you could make up a batch of balls ready for those snackish moments.
