Karla KlmKgm, lost 6st (19.1kg)

I joined Slimming World knowing I had to do something about my weight. I had very high blood pressure, which was put down to my weight. Now my medication has been reduced and it’s being reviewed again next week to potentially reduce it further!
Beth Clarke, lost 11st (69.9kg)

I started Slimming World in July 2024 and I’m now 11st (69.9kg) lighter. My limitless win was going from considering walking up the stairs as exercise, to climbing Mount Snowdon in October!
Nikki Murray, lost 7st (44.5kg)

I used to carry a seatbelt extender everywhere I went for fear of not fitting in someone’s car. Now I’ve learned to drive –passing my test first time at the age of 58. It’s not just the weight you lose, it’s the life you gain!
Zena Cashman, lost 3½st (22.2kg)

Joining Slimming World changed my clothes size and my life – it helped me fulfil my dream of becoming a Zumba instructor!
Angie Cooper, lost 3st (19.1kg)

The photo on the left was what prompted me to start my journey. Eight months later, after losing 3st (19.1kg), I wore my first bikini in years!
Shirley Sowersby, lost 3½st (22.2kg)

My limitless wins are starting Couch to 5K last year at age 60 and completing a ‘Run 31 miles in 31 days’ challenge – raising almost £1,000 for MND Association.
Siobhan Barsby, lost 6st (38.1kg)

My limitless win is having my first bath in nine years because I can finally fit in the tub. Wahoooo!
Paige Hartt, lost 5½st (34.9kg)

The picture on the left is me when I first joined at 19st 10½lbs (125.4kg), and I’m now 14st 2lbs (89.8kg).
I needed to lose weight for a major operation and was told it wouldn’t go ahead if I didn’t. This became my motivation. I wanted to be healthy, strong and a better version of myself.
Debbie Chesters, lost 6st 4lbs (39.9kg)

When I first started Slimming World, I had type 2 diabetes, very bad asthma and I struggled to walk up and down stairs. Now, I’m no longer on any diabetes medication and I don’t need an inhaler!
Tracy McFarland, lost 10st 7lbs (66.7kg)

When I joined Slimming World I had high blood pressure, which is now at a normal level. I was waiting for two knee replacements that couldn’t be done until I lost weight. Now, I’ve had one knee done and am waiting for a date for the second. I’ve even joined an exercise group, which I love. Best of all, I’ve got more confidence. My life now is 100% better for joining the family that is Slimming World!
Kirsty Sue Davy, lost 9st (57.2kg)

My limitless win isn’t just losing almost 9st/57.2kg (and counting!), it’s the social circle I found in group and the huge improvement I made to my health. It’s also having access to so many more clothes styles than before and feeling like I can express myself.
Andrea Baxter

Our limitless win was meeting and finding love at our local Slimming World group – then going on to lose 12st 13½lbs (82.3kg) between us. Life-changing in so many ways!
Neville Aplin, lost 5st 7lbs (34.9kg)

In 2020, I was 20st 7lbs (130.2kg). I’ve since lost 5st 7lbs (34.9kg) through making lifestyle changes with Slimming World. My prediabetes is now in remission.
Mark Roberts

10st (63.5kg) down in two years with Slimming World!
Zoe Sallans, lost 6st 10lbs (42.6kg)

My limitless win is finally feeling so much healthier, happier and confident in myself. I also got to experience my wedding day feeling amazing, without worrying about having my photo taken.
Karen Buckland-Bailey

My limitless win is trying something different. I took up cold water swimming after learning that my Slimming World Consultant, Helen, had done it. I’ve become really brave – breaking the ice and having a lot of fun!
Sarah Ayling, lost 7st (44.5kg)
My limitless win is ditching the comfort cardigan I used to wear to hide!
Linzi Gardner

First race of 2026! I love having an active lifestyle thanks to Slimming World.
Linda McKay

I wanted to be able to take nice photos on my daughter’s graduation day, as we’ll look back on them for years to come.
Samantha Spelman, lost 6st 7lbs (41.3kg)

I’m enjoying the changes that matter most: better physical health, improved mental health and more confidence. Feeling very proud.
Carla Michelle Smith, lost 5st (31.8kg)

A short walk used to get me out of breath, have me burning up bright red (panting for breath) and needing to use my inhaler.
Slimming World got me moving (a lot!) more. I now run, with my longest distance so far being 21.1K. Running is now a big part of my life – and I very rarely need to use my inhaler.
Jade Carter, lost 5½st (34.9kg)

I started Slimming World over a year ago and it was honestly the best decision I ever made. I feel so much happier and healthier. Slimming World has done wonders for managing my diabetes – and I honestly couldn’t have done it without the support of my amazing Consultant, Louise.
Francesca Jones, 2st (12.7kg)

I’m seeing the difference and using it as motivation to keep going! The photo on the left was from the end of August 2025, and the right was from January 2026.
