What you need:
40g plain porridge oats
125g fat-free natural yogurt
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
1 apple
2 tsp pomegranate seeds
What you do:
1. Put the oats, yogurt, a pinch of cinnamon and 3 tbsp water in a sealable plastic tub. Stir to mix well, then put the lid on and chill overnight.
2. In the morning, cut the 4 cheeks off the apple as close to the core as possible. Finely dice 3 of them, and finely slice the other one. Stir the diced apple through the oats, adding a little more water to loosen the mixture if needed.
3. Tip the oat mixture into a bowl and arrange the sliced apple on top. Scatter over the pomegranate seeds, sprinkle over the remaining cinnamon and serve.
