Tips for the perfect turkey dinner
- Turkey is a Free Food (just as long as you remember to take the skin off after cooking), so you can enjoy as much as you like.
- Roasting your potatoes and veggies in low-calorie cooking spray is a great way to transform a traditional Christmas dinner into something slimming-friendly and just as tasty! You can put all your veggies into one tray (with a sprinkling of rosemary and garlic for an extra boost of flavour), saving you washing-up and some much-needed oven space.
- Top it all off with our deliciously rich roasted onion gravy.
Christmas past: Christmas pudding with brandy butter
Christmas present: Baileys cheesecake
When it comes to festive puds, nothing short of a showstopper will do! This boozy Baileys cheesecake has a ginger biscuit base and is topped with chocolate curls for the full house of festive flavours.
