How to make Weetabix cheesecake

serves 1
ready in 10 minutes (plus overnight chilling)

What you need:

2 Weetabix
2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
160g no-added-sugar fat-free vanilla yogurt

What you do:

1. Put the Weetabix in a bowl and crush them with your hands or a fork. Add the natural yogurt and mix together.

2. Spoon the mixture into the base of a dessert glass and press down firmly.

3. Pour the vanilla yogurt over the base to form a second layer. Cover and chill overnight.

4. Add your chosen toppings – and enjoy!

Banoffee Weetabix cheesecake

serves 1
ready in 10 minutes (plus overnight chilling)

What you need:

2 Weetabix
2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
160g no-added-sugar fat-free toffee yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1 level tsp ChocShot

What you do:

1. Put the Weetabix in a bowl and crush them with your hands or a fork. Add the natural yogurt and mix together.

2. Spoon the mixture into the base of a dessert glass and press down firmly.

3. Pour the toffee yogurt over the base to form a second layer. Cover and chill overnight.

4. Top with the sliced banana and ChocShot to serve.

2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
1 apple, chopped
½ tsp mixed spice
160g no-added-sugar fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 pinches of ground cinnamon, to serve

What you do:

1. Put the Weetabix in a bowl and crush them with your hands or a fork. Add the natural yogurt and mix together.

2. Spoon the mixture into the base of a dessert glass and press down firmly.

3. Stir the apple and mixed spice into the vanilla yogurt, then pour over the base to form a second layer. Sprinkle over the cinnamon. Cover and chill overnight.

4. Remove from the fridge and serve.

Tiramisu Weetabix cheesecake

serves 1
ready in 10 minutes (plus overnight chilling)

1 tsp instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tsp boiling water
160g no-added-sugar fat-free vanilla yogurt
½ level tsp cocoa powder

What you do:

1. Put the Weetabix in a bowl and crush them with your hands or a fork. Add the natural yogurt and mix together.

2. Spoon the mixture into the base of a dessert glass and press down firmly.

3. Stir the coffee into the vanilla yogurt and pour it over the base to form a second layer. Cover and chill overnight.

4. Sprinkle over the cocoa powder and serve.
