As an official sponsor of Race for Life, we’re thrilled to see so many Slimming World members and Consultants sign up to run, jog or walk an event. Together, we can raise much-needed funds for Cancer Research UK, while getting active and having plenty of fun along the way.

Raspberry and coconut balls recipe
makes 8
7 Swips per ball (deduct 6 1/2 Swips if using dates and cashews as a Healthy Extra choice)
ready in 10 mins (plus 1 hour chilling)
What you need:
160g dates without stones
90g cashew nuts
2 level tbsp freeze-dried raspberries
2 level tsp desiccated coconut
What you do:
1. Put all the ingredients in your food processor and pulse to combine, scraping down the sides so you don’t lose any mixture.
2. Roll the mixture into 8 equal-size balls and chill for an hour or until set. They’ll keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or you can freeze what you don’t need.
