Rising temperatures can leave you feeling a bit hot and bothered. Don’t worry, we have just the thing to cool you down. This four-ingredient, four-step lolly is fruity, fizzy and totally Free on the Food Optimising plan. Keep a batch in the freezer to help you stay chilled while slimming through our (fingers firmly crossed) sunny summer!

Slimming World kiwi and pineapple lollies

makes 4 lollies
ready in 3-4 hours

What you need:

4 tbsp diced pineapple flesh
3 kiwi fruit
75ml diet lemonade
1 tsp sweetener

What you do:

1. Divide the pineapple between 4 x 100ml ice-lolly moulds. 
2. Peel and very thinly slice the kiwi fruit, then divide around the inner sides of the moulds, on top of the pineapple.
3. Pour the lemonade into a small jug, then stir in the sweetener. Pour over the fruit. Insert lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours, or until firm. 
4. Dip the moulds in warm water for a few seconds to release the lollies and serve straight away.
