Serves 4
- 1 orange, halved
- 4kg whole ready-to-cook turkey
- 350ml frozen Slimming World Roasted Onion Gravy (available from Iceland)
- 400g spring greens, shredded
For the roots:
- 800g floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper or King Edward, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 500g carrots, peeled and sliced into batons
- 800g parsnips, peeled and sliced into batons
- 1 cal cooking spray*
For the stuffing parcels:
- Pack of frozen Linda McCartney 6 Vegetarian Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages, defrosted
- 6 back bacon rashers, visible fat removed
- 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary, halved
For the sprouts
- 400g sprouts, outer leaves removed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 20g grated fresh Parmesan
