  • 1 orange, halved
  • 4kg whole ready-to-cook turkey
  • 350ml frozen Slimming World Roasted Onion Gravy (available from Iceland)
  • 400g spring greens, shredded

For the roots:

  • 800g floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper or King Edward, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 500g carrots, peeled and sliced into batons
  • 800g parsnips, peeled and sliced into batons
  • 1 cal cooking spray*

For the stuffing parcels:

  • Pack of frozen Linda McCartney 6 Vegetarian Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages, defrosted
  • 6 back bacon rashers, visible fat removed
  • 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary, halved

For the sprouts

  • 400g sprouts, outer leaves removed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 20g grated fresh Parmesan
