Don’t let unintentional Syns crêpe up!

Planning is key if you don’t want to toss away any of your brilliant weight loss work. Start by enjoying plenty of Free Food throughout the day and plan out how many Syns you’ll need to enjoy your pancakes.

Plan your toppings, too

Choose low Syn or Free toppings where you can. Our favourite Free options include:

  • Thinly sliced apples sprinkled with cinnamon or nutmeg
  • The Tropical Twist: Passion fruit or pomegranate, pieces of pineapple or chunks of mango or papaya – whatever you fancy – and fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Blueberries and sliced banana is perfect for breakfast – or dessert!
  • The Classic: Nothing beats a simple shake of sweetener and squeeze of lemon juice!

On the flip side…

If a piled-high traditional pancake proves too much to resist, go right ahead and enjoy it. At Slimming World you can enjoy the foods that are often banned on diets – and without a shred of guilt.
