What you do:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (if using an oven, preheat to 175°C).

2. Mix the chicken breast chunks with the cornflour, 1 tsp smoked paprika and the garlic powder.

3. Put the chips in your air fryer, spritz with low-calorie cooking spray and cook for 10 minutes (12 minutes if using an oven).

4. Turn over the chips and add the chicken chunks. Cook for a further 10 minutes (12 minutes if using an oven).

5. At the same time, spray a large, deep, non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a medium heat. Add the peppers and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. When the chips and chicken are ready, add to the pan along with the remaining paprika and the Chinese five-spice. Cook for 1 minute more.

6. Divide between 2 plates. If you like, serve with chip shop curry sauce from the Slimming World Food Range (available at Iceland, Food Warehouse and Dunnes Stores). Or, follow the recipe to make your own!
