Slimming World strawberry matcha overnight oats

makes 1 pot
7½ Swips per pot (deduct 7 Swips if using porridge oats dried as a Healthy Extra choice)
ready in 5 mins (plus overnight chilling)
Tip: If you don’t need this to be vegan, you could use fat-free natural yogurt instead.
What you need:
40g plain porridge oats
100g chopped fresh strawberries
200g dairy-free soya yogurt, plain and unsweetened, with added calcium
1 level tsp maple syrup
½ tsp matcha powder (if you can’t find it in the supermarket, it’s widely available online and in health food stores)
few drops vanilla extract
What you do:
1. Put half the oats in a lidded jar or bowl and top with half the strawberries.
2. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup, matcha and vanilla extract, then spoon half over the oats and strawberries.
3. Layer with the rest of the oats, the remaining strawberries and the rest of the yogurt mixture and chill overnight.
