Slimming World's Couple of the Year Katie and Tony Viney, who lost more than 14st between them, have shared their lockdown video diary.

From batch cooking and bike rides to attending their virtual Slimming World group, the film captures a typical day for them and their four children in this unique time.

Katie and Tony, from Bicester in Oxfordshire, also share their involvement in the Covid-19 vaccine trials at the University of Oxford, something they wouldn't have been able to volunteer for before they lost weight with Slimming World as their BMIs would have been too high for them to be accepted.
