Slimming World Chinese recipes
Chicken curry and stir-fried beef
Why restrict yourself to just one colourful Chinese dish when you could enjoy two on the same plate! Sam (@girl_eats_sw) doubled down on her Slimming World fakeaway with this creative combo of chicken curry and stir-fried beef (marinated in soy, chilli and garlic) – and all slimming-friendly. We think you’ll agree that the results taste twice as nice as a takeaway!
No Chinese New Year feast would be complete without a bowlful of the Chinese classic egg-fried rice, and Ana’s (@Anamantovani) quick and easy chicken version looks lip-smackingly good.
“Chinese New Year celebrations SW style!” she says. “Less sugar, salt, fat and no losses on the amazing taste!”
Egg-fried rice goes great as a side with our slow-cooked sweet and sour chicken or our super sticky chicken recipes. Or you could make it an extra special celebration by serving up a wok-ful of our glorious Chinese banquet rice.
If you’re continuing on with Veganuary, there are lots of delicious Slimming World Chinese recipes that can be made in a vegan-friendly way! I marinate tofu in a home-made teriyaki sauce to make a tasty stir-fry that has a lovely chilli kick – and it only takes 20 minutes to throw together.
