I have been a Slimming World member for several years and have lost 4st by Food Optimising, enjoying fabulous meals and never feeling hungry or deprived. Now, as a Consultant myself, I genuinely understand how you feel; from the moment you first walk through the door, to the moment you achieve your dream weight. Together we learn how to make better choices and lifestyle changes which will transform you into a fitter, healthier and slimmer version of yourself.
