I joined Slimming World Online in 2022 and absolutely loved Food Optimising. While I lost weight, I decided that I'd like group support so I joined a Slimming World group in 2023 and never looked back! I was a target member within a year and loved the group setting and the motivation and support I had there. This year I became a Slimming World Consultant. I love my group and motivating and supporting my members just like my Consultant did for me.
